Ivanka Majic is a user researcher and service designer. She does a lot of listening to people and talking to them on behalf of her clients. She runs workshops, courses, and presentations and attends a lot of meetings online.
She is very interested in how this forced acceptance of working online is affecting how we work as well as the new skills we need to develop in order to fully enjoy the benefits without having to sacrifice too many of the joys of meeting and working in person.
